Eastern Zig Zag Railway History Walk Sat 11 May 2024

When: Saturday 11 May 2024 at 1.30pm. Medium gradients. 2-1/2 hours

Cost: $10 Adults (cash please). Accompanied Children uner 16 yrs free

 

This walk with Glenbrook & District Historical Society is focussed on the Knapsack Gully stone viaduct and offers good photograph opportunities.

Includes Gatehouse No 1, 1867 and the Knapsack refuge sidings, 1909.

Book early:  Limited numbers.  Please bring a hat and drinking water.  (No dogs please)

Grade M:   Medium, Short, steep sections-some rough sections.

BAD WEATHER ON THE DAY:  Excessive wind or rain could cause cancellation due to hazardous conditions.
