This walk with Glenbrook & District Historical Society’s guide Doug Knowles, is focused on the Knapsack Gully stone viaduct and offers good photographic opportunities. Includes Gatehouse No 1 (1867) and the Knapsack refuge sidings (1909). This is a Medium walk, i.e. short, steep sections, some rough sections. 2-1/2 hours.
Adults $10 cash please. Accompanied children under 16 years free. No dogs please. Please bring a hat and drinking water. Bad weather on the day, i.e. excessive wind or rain could cause cancellation due to hazardous condditions.
